Service Description

Sound bowls produce a beautiful restorative sound that helps our nervous system move into a parasympathetic state. Our bodies are made mostly of water. The vibration of the sound vibrates the water part of our cells and brings them into balance. The sound can also reduce stress, improve sleep, lower blood pressure, improve mood, reduce pain and stimulate the immune system. In this sacred ceremony, there is a smudging ritual before the bowls are placed around the body and the an intention is to guide you on a spiritual journey into the soul in a group setting.

Cancelation Policy

We reserve the right to charge a full visit fee for an appointment canceled with less than 24-hour notice or for a “no show” appointment. This policy will be enforced for both new patients and existing patients. Thank you for understanding
