COVID-19 Update

Acupuncture facilities are permitted to remain open during the Stay at Home Order as we are considered Primary Health Care Providers. We are adhering to the declaration by Governor Greg Abbott and our Austin City Council by keeping less than ten (10) people in our office. Even though this doesn't apply to medical and dental offices, we are trying to go above and beyond what is recommended.

The following is our COVID-19 protocol as recommended by The Centers for Disease Control:

Before making your appointment, you must answer NO to the following questions:

  • Have you traveled internationally in the past 14 days?

  • Have you had any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days; fever, cough, shortness of breath?

  • Are you caring for anyone that has these symptoms or have been tested positive for COVID-19?

If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, then you must see your primary care physician and be cleared to be seen in our office.

  • The day of your appointment, we require that you wear a mask to enter the office

  • We will try to schedule appointments so that you can bypass the waiting room.

For everyone's protection, we will:

  • Remove high touch items from the lobby

  • Put all reading materials and remotes away.

  • Wipe down everything throughout the day with hospital grade cleaners, not just common touch points.

  • Provide hand sanitizers at every patient stop point and anywhere else we deem necessary

Please leave any family members at home that do not have an appointment. Of course, this does not apply to you if you have to have a driver or must drive someone.

Our patients, employees, and their families health is of utmost importance to us and we will continue to change and execute any of these screenings as deemed by the CDC.
